Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) impacts nearly 300,000 children in the US – with trends suggesting that the prevalence of this disorder is increasing. Due to a shortage of specialists, the primary care provider plays an important role in the management of pediatric JIA.
The Ohio AAP is hosting 3 additional webinar trainings to share how to operationalize screening for pJIA using newly created education, tools, and discussion materials. A Journal Club for more in-depth education on pJIA is also coming soon – worth 20 Points of MOC Part II credit! Sign up for one or both of our upcoming webinars for priority access to the Journal Club.
