Annual Participation Fee: $5,000 (rolling enrollment)

Special Offer: Organizations that exhibited at the 2025 Annual Meeting are eligible for a 10% discount on the annual participation fee.

Please complete the form below, your starting date for your 12-month term will be the 1st day of the next month. Ohio AAP staff will reach out upon receipt of the form to assist with deadlines and benefits. Your application will be reviewed by the Ohio AAP Child Health Committee on Education.
