Small Business Administration Loan Forgiveness Resources

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act was signed into law last Friday, March 27th and will provide $2 trillion of aid to businesses and individuals. Many of our members have questions about the new bill and are wondering how they will be affected and if their small businesses are eligible. For our private practice members, there is important information regarding the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and how small businesses can keep paying employee wages during the crisis. While a relief package this large can often times be confusing, The US Chamber of Commerce and the State of Ohio have prepared abbreviated overviews, guides and checklists to help aid people through the process.

Ohio AAP has also created and compiled a list of COVID-19 resources on the CARES Act as well as resources on Telehealth, coding, clinical management and more. Please refer to our site here to learn more.
