The Ohio AAP has engaging QI, education and more coming this fall to meet your needs –wherever you are geographically and in your practice transformation journey.

Healthy Mom, Healthy Family QI Program (Wave 2) – Part IV MOC Program

  • Ideal for those passionate about improving maternal health in pediatric visits, with opportunities for billable services like smoking cessation and maternal depression screening
    • 12 month quality improvement program launching in January 2022
    • Enrolling primary care practices that accept Medicaid and serve patients from birth – 18 months of age
    • Participants can receive $1,500 worth of incentives for patients, such as multivitamins and books

HPV Immunization QI Program – Part IV MOC Program

  • Immunization conversations are becoming more challenging – developing a practice vaccine strategy for the HPV vaccines can lead to stronger outcomes for all vaccines
    • 8 month quality improvement program launching in October 2021
    • Enrolling practices in and around Ohio that serve patients from 9 – 18 years of age
    • Participants can help design their resources and incentives for patients or staff – personalized to your needs

Juvenile Arthritis Webinar Series – CME and Part II MOC Education Opportunity

  • Attend one or more webinars to learn new aspects of treating juvenile arthritis in primary care
