Information Sessions for Healthy Mom, Healthy Family Being Held in the Next Week

The 3rd Wave of the Healthy Mom, Healthy Family (HMHF) project will launch in January, and is currently enrolling practices to improve how they measure and discuss some aspects of maternal health – like smoking cessation and mental health – during visits for infants.

The HMHF team is hosting information sessions over the next week to share details with potential participants – dates and links are below. Click these link anytime during the scheduled hour to “pop in” these sessions for a conversation to answer questions and discuss how this project could fit for your practice.

Some of the benefits designed for participating practices include:

  • Cash stipends that can be used in the most meaningful way for your practice
  • 50 Points of ABP MOC Part IV credit for 12 months of participation
  • Family incentives worth more than $2,000 – including multivitamins and books
  • 1-on-1 coaching and collaborative learning opportunities to prepare to implement the project in practice beginning February 1, 2023
  • Virtual meetings offering flexibility to work around clinic hours or other responsibilities
