Annual Meeting Date-October 16-17, 2026
Networking Hours-All exhibitors open at 8:30 am and close at 4:00 pm on October 16, 2025.
Exhibit are open at 8:00 am through 12:00 pm pm on October 17, 2026.
Exhibitors must open their exhibits on time and staff them at all times during dedicated networking hours.
Exhibit Space-Each 6-foot table includes 2 chairs and waste basket.
Cancellation of Exhibit Space- Cancellation of Space-If the Exhibitor, after acceptance of their application, must cancel plans to exhibit, it must be in writing. All cancellations must be emailed to edawson@ohioaap.org by September 1, 2026.
No refunds will be made; however, exhibitor funds may be used for the 2027 Annual Meeting (date TBD) meetings within one year. Please note that prices may vary for each event.
ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education-The Exhibitor agrees to abide by all applicable requirements for exhibitors of the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education which can be found here.
Cancellation of Meeting-In the event of cancellation of the meeting or exhibition, the Chapter is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the Exhibitor other than the cost of exhibit space, which shall be refunded.
