Ohio AAP 2021 Annual Meeting Exhibit Contract

Annual Meeting Date-October 29, 2021

Networking Hours

  1. All exhibitors (virtual and in-person) open at 10:00 am and close at 4:00 pm on October 29, 2021

In-Person Space-Each 6 foot table includes 2 chairs and waste basket. We will appropriately distance tables, and provide sanitation and health materials per CDC guidelines.

Virtual Space Content-Each virtual exhibit includes an exclusive webpage with your company name, logo, video, live links to resources, social media links, website links and contact information.

Cancellation of Exhibit Space-Notification of space cancellations must be made in writing by August 1, 2021. The Ohio AAP’s policy for refund of fees allows an 80% refund IF THE SPACE IS RESOLD. In the event of cancellation, Ohio AAP assumes no responsibility for having included the name of the canceled exhibitor in conference materials.

Staffing-Exhibitors must open their exhibits on time and staff them at all times during dedicated networking hours: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on October 29, 2021

(Optional raffle ticket purchase. Raffle tickets will be provided the week of November 16 to those with advance purchases; additional raffle tickets will be sold during the Store It Safe Fundraiser November 20. Raffle prizes will be announced in November 2020.)
