The Pound of Cure Learning Collaborative is a quality improvement project aimed at providing practices with tools and resources for managing their overweight and obese patient populations.

11 practices participated in Wave 1 of the project, which was completed in June of 2012.  Wave 2 included 10 practices and was completed in May of 2013. The Ohio AAP would like to thank and highlight the following practices for their dedication to addressing obesity prevention and management:
