The Ohio AAP is empowering providers to promote positive early childhood relationships and development of oral health, literacy, and sleep routines through the Brush, Book, Bed (BBB) Program. BBB is a program designed to improve discussions with families on three important health topics: oral health, early literacy, and sleep routines. Learn more about how you can become involved below, or contact Hayley Southworth at hsouthworth@ohioaap.org.
A Brush, Book, Bed Regional Training will be held November 13, including education on the BBB topics, as well as demonstrations of fluoride varnish application. Trainings are free and open to all Ohio healthcare providers. Five points of MOC Part II and five hours of CME credit are available for participants in these trainings. Attendees will receive $50 worth of books, toothbrushes, and fluoride varnish.
The training will be held from 1:30 – 4:30 pm on November 13 at the Baker Center, Ohio University, Athens (Resources Provided at Training) or by webinar (no resources provided). Click here to register now!
